Yes, I think the downhill hurtle has begun: Alicia Keys is singing my main baddy's motivations tonight ("my love is strong for you / I'd do wrong for you" - obsessive love, it's the best!), there are stampeding swine on the horizon, and a bit of human sacrifice in the past. That tells me I am pretty deep into this novel's story.
It's all coming together, even if it's still a big shaggy mess consisting of shreds of dialogue and mumbly notes. Four more scenes (but what will they be?), and then I am done with the 0th draft. Yay. Yay!
