managing humans - michael lopp
I love Rands. Love reading his long musings about the awfulness of meetings, and his remarkable level-headedness. And I love not having to work in one of those big organisations he works at. And of course he's hugely funny. So since Managing Humans is whole book of Rands, it was a sure hit with me. Always good to sharpen the managementese bullshit detector some more.
